Hitofude Cardigan Progress Week One
So here I am ready to report on my first official week of progress of this fabulous knit. My Hitofude is comping along nicely. I am still on the sleeve section, about half way through. The stitch pattern is easily memorized and I find that I pick this up to knit while watching a tv show.
Care to join in the knitting fun? Steph and I are knitting along, and prodding each other along to knit and finish this unique design. When do you start? whenever! When do you finish? Hopefully sooner than later. Care to share? post a comment on either my weekly post or Steph's weekly post. We are having a loosey goosey knit along!!
Eep! I just saw Steph's progress......I need to get knitting!!
Looking good!
ReplyDeleteno race here, remember??!!?? I think I was caught up in the 'this can't be right' mode----and just HAD to get beyond ripping out that @#)*)*#@ provisional cast on (and dreaded 3-needle BO...why do I hate it so?); things have slowed down a bit again!
ReplyDeleteI really really love the color you are using. This is fun!!!

ReplyDeleteYour sweater is coming together nicely! But no, I saw Steph write the words provisional cast on. In fact I think she said there were TWO and I started shaking slightly. I will sit in the corner and knit my socks and watch you fabulous ladies knit from afar. We are all cheering you on!

DeleteI ordered some gorgeous butter yellow yarn for my Hitofude. It's on it's way and then I'll have to learn the provisional cast on. And since I don't knit that fast I'll be ages behind you! But I'm very excited!
