Knitting News
Ho ho ho!
I have been knitting exclusively on the husband's socks. Steady progress is being made and I have turned the second heel and started the gusset. I have high hopes that the second sock will be done today and then I can get back to focusing on me.
What are you working on this week?
Love your husband's waffle socks; I'm knitting waffle hats!
ReplyDeleteVery nice socks! And green!!! I'm knitting green socks too, but slowly as I've been doing more baking. I need to clean, but I'm not too interested in that - lol.
ReplyDeleteSelfish Knitting Season is always sweeter after a period of gift knitting! May those socks go quickly!
ReplyDeleteI’m working on keeping one foot in front of the other and making it to Friday afternoon! Wish me luck.
ReplyDeleteI am working the second piece for my blanket. Good luck with your socks!
ReplyDeleteThat sock patterns looks very similar to one I have used, a lovely quick knit from memory. I expect you have finished it now the speed you are knitting at! I have been making some more needle felted decorations and have made a hat. Now I need to get offline and start making a pizza for my son to take to his Explorer Scout Christmas Party this evening.
ReplyDeleteLove the color of your husband's socks.
ReplyDeleteHooray for great progress!
Yes, time to get back to me-time!!!!

Soooo sorry you only have snow flurries! I'd send you some snow if I could. -smile- Snow wishes will have to do.
ReplyDeleteBut you wouldn't want our rather frigid, to me anyway, temps. We are looking at night lows of 2 degrees, 5, and 7... That's cold to me! Not to people in other parts though I know.
Perhaps your flurries will really develop into something else.
Or if not, guess your best bet, is to watch Christmas Movies, with snow of course.

You'll finish these; I'm confident you will.
