Weekends
Overall my weekend was nice. My weekend was filled with:
-reorganizing art and journaling supplies - playing Christmas music - journaling - thinking of family - walks - knitting (always knitting) - reading Fred Roger's biography - eating all the leftovers from Thursday - daydreaming - wishing for snow - finally witnessing the first hard frost (my fall allergies are thankful) - contemplating new knitting projects - online Christmas shopping
How was your weekend?
I'm glad you had a nice weekend! It does look cold and crisp in that photo and your projects look so organized.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a well-filled weekend. Love your basket.
ReplyDeleteSounds like my kind of weekend, bliss!
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a nice weekend, it sounds perfect. The only thing I accomplished was getting my Christmas shopping done, all online. Other than that and cooking some nice meals it was just a nice lazy weekend :)
ReplyDelete...we've b een playing a lot of Christmas music too...I love that...your journal is beautiful!
ReplyDelete~Have a lovely day!
My son has horrible seasonal allergies as well, needs to take medication daily. We receently bought an air purifier and he hasn't had to take his allergy medicine a single day.
ReplyDeleteI did some mental organization! It was much needed :) I love your December journal page start!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you spent your weekend well. Yes - thinking of family and thinking of family. Organizing my supplies always makes me feel better. Your projects are so neat and tidy in that basket. Once I get all the gifts mailed I plan to do some organizing. My study is more jumbled than I like just now.
ReplyDeleteI just got Fred Roger's biography the other day. I will be very interested in seeing what you think of it. I love how organized you are. It has been cold here, but no rain or snow and we need some. Hope you have a good week.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter was home for the week of Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time. I decorated our tree and did some knitting. I haven’t had much time in my art journal. I do draw/doodle ever day but not much more than that. I hope you are enjoying your HP sprocket. I have one and find if lots of fun.
ReplyDeleteNice! I ate a lot (and I do mean a lot!!) on Thursday and then leftovers (my favorite part). Last night we had turkey soup. I managed some on line shopping too. Your project bag is so cute - love the bicycle rider with an umbrella!
ReplyDeleteI slept for 11 hours after Thanksgiving. I was pooped. We had one and a half meals of leftovers so that was nice.
