Little Bean Blanket

Ta da! Or should I say 'Ta done'? I am so pleased with this baby blanket for our first grandchild. The pattern is one I've knit before and enjoyed the pattern immensely. This time around, I chose the medium size which is about a crib-size if I was the guessing sort.

The cotton yarn is soft enough to not cause issues with my handing getting stiff or sore.

What are you working on this week?

  1. Ta Done! I like that way of putting it. The baby blanket turned out lovely - such a soft color. And I bet you have already cast on for something new! I need to re-cast on socks that I ripped out the other day.

  3. Such a pretty pattern. Making the size you did will be great as the grand child will be able to use if for a quite a while. Good to know that cotton did not bother your hands. I may need to give it a try then.

  7. Ta done and Ta da indeed! What a wonderful way to welcome a new grandchild. I'm working on a toddler sweater for my granddaughter. The color is as she says, "my blue" which means pink.
