Knitting News

Good morning!

How have you been? How are your projects coming along? Even though the warm weather is trying to edge in, in my heart I am knee deep in autumn. No one can stop me!

I'm on the second sleeve of my sweater, making great gains and enjoying the process. I thought the sweater might be a bit off in sizing but I tried it on and I think it's going to be okay. Also blocking does wonders squeezing out a bit of wiggle room. Phew!

  1. Hooray for fall (even if the thermometer is in the mid 80s) and hooray for a new sweater soon!

  5. I LOVE that pattern and the color is perfect for fall AND your coloring. I've been spending a lot of time on the election, and BeSMART, and whole days have gone by where I didn't knit and barely read. At least Lucy makes sure I get out for at least one good walk! Happy FALL!

  7. I knit the Felix pullover last year and it was quickly a wardrobe favorite. I am working on an Isabell Kraemer sweater with a color work yoke - no surprise there!

  8. Pretty soon you'll be wearing that lovely sweater.

I noticed this morning that the trees across from my house are already turning. It's about 3 weeks early.
