Grove Pullover
Hello! How are you? I am back at my ordinary life and playing the big catch up after taking some time off to be with family. We had a great time and loved seeing our grandchildren and spending time with them.
Before we saw the grandchildren this weekend, I finished my grandson's holiday sweater and I had to wait for it to dry before I could take its 'finished' photo after I returned home. I love how knitting projects on size eight needles go fast! This flax pattern is a wonderful sweater that comes in many sizes. I also love knitting for little ones, the projects just fly off the needles.
What are you working on this week?
The sweater is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYour sweater is so cute! I can't wait to be done with my blanket... I feel bored sometimes and wish to start something else. But if I do then the blanket will never be done. Happy knitting and glad you had a great time with the grands!
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice sweater!! Congratulations on a fine finish. Love the color AND the pattern. I'm still knitting away (not very often though) on my tapped maple sock #2.
ReplyDeleteOops, forgot my name.
DeleteBeautiful end result!

ReplyDeleteKaren, that sweater is gorgeous! Your grandson will look so handsome wearing it.
ReplyDeleteYour grandson is growing up! I still remember the baby sweater you made for him! Now he is toddling around and wearing big boy pullovers. Unbelievable! I finished up the newborn set and also one short sock this week.
ReplyDeleteThat sweater turned out wonderfully! (and I am nodding with the size 8 needle thoughts!) Have a brilliant week!
ReplyDeleteThat is a very handsome sweater. Let's hear it for size 8 needles.
