Good morning! How are you?

My knitting news is quite scant. I had high hopes of finishing this hat over the weekend but it just didn't happen. Maybe I'll finish it by next week? I do love working on this while I am watching TV or talking to people, it's hard for me to make a mistake (although never say never!). 

What have you been working on this week?

    I often say "maybe next week" about knitting (and maybe house cleaning, too)!

    Scant news is okay! I chucked at your 'maybe next week" thoughts... and then laughed harder at Bonny's suggest of "maybe house cleaning, too".

    I do love that hat pattern but each time I knit one, I think that last bit before the final decreases will never end. I am working on setting aside the need to finish and working on enjoying the process.

    I think your scant is more than mine! I managed a heel flap and that's it. But, as Juliann says, I'm enjoying the process and not worried about how quickly I finish something.

    I'm still working on my baby blanket. I didn't get as much accomplished on it as I had wanted to, but I am being consistent.

    I interrupted my current projects to knit a baby hat for a new neighbor's child. Now back to my current unfinished sock. One of the pair is done though!

    Each project has its own time. The sweater looks like peaceful knitting. Enjoy. I'm working on a scarf from handspun.

  Good morning to you! How are you? I'm excited about my hat that I've been knitting enjoying the sea of stockinette stitches. When I first started the hat I thought it would be too small, now I wonder if it will be too big. Gah. I will find out soon I guess. I wish the photo about showed how beautiful the colors are in real life, you'll have to trust me on this! Below is my next knitting project, the habitation throw . I will definitely use the pink and gray, I'm still not sure about that purple, I might have a look-see in my stash and do another ponder about that color. I chose this pattern because I can use up some of my stash and I adore Helen Stewart's patterns. What are you working on this week? Also: I will probably not be posting this Friday and the following Monday because of my family visiting. I hope to be back next Wednesday (unless I change my mind).
